What third party libraries are NOT for commercial use?

Off the top of my head, the only ones I can think of are PhysX (which you can use commercially, but with some requirements) and FMOD Ex (requires a royalty fee).
FMOD actually has a free option now if it’s 1 title/year, register and include their logo, have a budget under $500k
