Problem installing Panda3d 1.7.2

I've installed the .exe but when I go into the Command Prompt and type "cd C:\Panda3D-1.7.2\mystuff\" it just says, "The system cannot find the path specified".
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Is there a directory c:\Panda3D-1.7.2\mystuff? That's just a sample directory name, it's not actually part of the standard Panda distribution. If you're following an example that tells you to type that command, it must be assuming that you've already created that directory yourself.

I guess that tutorial could have done a better job of explaining that it expected you to make that directory first.
