Compile Source Code on Windows 7 W VS2010

I’m pretty much stuck on the same point “Cannot read built/bin/libp3dtool.dll.manifest”

I tried compiling it with ‘–nothing’ and ‘–everything’, as well as directly from the visual studio solution, doesn’t work.

Any leads?
