Car goig up the hill

I have a car and a track. The track goes up and down in some points.

I would like my car to be able to follow the trak's curves (up and down).

How ??? help me with some easy code.

Many have seen this article, but no one has posted anything. Perhaps it is too complicated ???

It is not a trivial solution, but there are several options that are not difficult. Do search the forums for some ideas; this sort of question is asked fairly often.
