Returns the underlying dWorldID.

This function is declared non-inline to work around a compiler bug in g++ 2.96.

Making it inline seems to cause problems in the optimizer.

Reimplemented from TypedObject.

bool OdeWorld::is_empty ( ) const [inline]

Returns true if the ID is 0, meaning the OdeWorld does not point to a valid world.

It is an error to call a method on an empty world. Note that an empty OdeWorld also evaluates to False.
